Zero Waste to Landfill

Pratibha is committed to achieving zero waste to landfill by 2030. As a milestone toward this goal, we aim to reduce solid waste by 50% and hazardous waste by 90% by 2025.

Reduction in GHG Emissions

Pratibha is advancing toward a low-carbon future with a goal of 100% renewable energy and 70% decarbonization by 2030. By 2025, we aim to reach 50% renewable energy usage and cut carbon emissions by 30%, aligning environmental responsibility with operational excellence.

Renewable Energy

Installed a 2.4 MW solar plant, contracted 9.5 MW renewable energy, and replaced coal with biomass, reducing 6,000 tonnes GHG

Water Stewardship

Pratibha is committed to eliminating the use of fresh water in production. By 2025, we aim to achieve water neutrality across operations through 100% recycling, advanced treatment systems, and closed-loop processes that preserve this vital resource.

Fully biological effluent treatment plant with a 5 stage treatment resulting to 95% recovery and low sludge generation

Women Empowerment

At Pratibha, gender equity is central to our culture. Women make up 50% of our workforce, and we are focused on increasing their presence in leadership by advancing from 4% to 33% representation in supervisory roles—creating a more balanced and empowered workplace.
