Pratibha Foundation was initiated in the memory of Late Shri Chhog Mal Chaudhary, grandfather of our Managing Director Mr. Shreyaskar Chaudhary. He was a visionary whose ideology of selflessness, community service, and empowerment continue to inspire us. Guided by his principles, the Foundation focuses on creating positive, long-lasting change through initiatives in health, education, infrastructure, and overall community development.

Mission

To honor the legacy of Late Shri Chhog Mal Chaudhary by driving impactful initiatives in health, education, infrastructure, and community well-being, fostering long-term positive change.

Vision

To build a compassionate, empowered, and self-reliant society by uplifting underprivileged communities through sustainable development.

Health

    • Facilitated over 15,000 cataract surgeries, restoring vision and improving quality of life.
    • Enabled community access to healthcare by enrolling villagers in Ayushman Bharat and ABHA schemes
    • To address the growing health concerns among elderly and middle-aged residents in Sagore village, Pratibha Foundation organized two Ayurvedic health camps, benefiting over 450 villagers with consultations from renowned Ayurvedic doctors from Gujarat.

    • Distributed 20,000 isolation kits across multiple districts of Madhya Pradesh during the COVID-19 pandemic.

    • Donated 1,000 beds to the Radha Swami COVID Care Centre, supporting emergency response efforts.
    • Provided 5,000 immunity booster kits to residents in Sagore, enhancing community resilience.

Education

    • Established a fully-equipped computer lab with 24 systems at Government Girls School, Sagore, impacting 1,500 students. This facility is accredited by IIT Mumbai
    • Dress Designing & Tailoring Labs– Pratibha has set up two fully equipped dress designing and tailoring labs—one at Govt. Girls’ School, Sagore and another at Govt. Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Sarafa, Ujjain. These labs aim to empower schoolgirls and local women by providing vocational training in garment-making and fashion skills.

    • Adopted 50 tribal schools under the Friends of Tribal Society, benefiting 1,500 children through improved educational access and resources.

Infrastructure

      • Donated 5 acres of land in Karahi to Ekal Gramothan, enabling the construction of a training center focused on women’s skill development in stitching, salon services, and basic computing.
      • Provided 28 fully constructed homes to long-serving employees as a gesture of appreciation and support.
      • Developed a community garden in Jainagar, Pithampur, featuring walking tracks, yoga platforms, swings, and lawns, benefiting over 6,000 residents.
      • Constructed four water ponds in Jhabua district to support irrigation in rain-fed agricultural areas.
      • Regularly donate branded T-shirts to underprivileged children during community events and outreach programs
